Tour Description:

Crash through the Class 3 rapids along the 12 kilometres of Ayung River that boasts lush tropical forests that spill onto its riverbanks. Paddle your raft through strong currents that try to sway you off the trail and get splashed by cool, fresh water. On calmer parts of the river, relax your mind with the tranquil noise of moving water and rest your eyes upon thick green foliage. Discover hidden cascading waterfalls on your rafting journey and take a swim in the clear waters at the base of the waterfalls.

Once you’re done rafting, take a shower and enjoy your lunch before embarking on your next adventure. For your next adventure, you will take a horseback ride along Saba Bay’s scenic route. Register and put on your riding equipment and sit down for a quick briefing that will inform you of safety precautions. When you’re ready, saddle up and mount your horse to begin your ride along the coast of Saba Bay. Saba Bay is home to a beach that is filled with black volcanic instead of white powdery sand.

The black sand provides a nice change from the usual beach excursions. There are also large flat fields that turn green or golden-yellow depending on the season which are lovely to ride a trail through. See the outline of Mount Agung in the background accompanied by the stark cliffs of Nusa Penida. Vibrantly-coloured jukung boats belong to villagers litter the pretty black beach, and Segara Wilis where the locals make offerings to calm the sea can also be seen. Explore the banana, pineapple and bamboo plantations and visit a typical Balinese household or two to observe their customs.

Cancellations after confirmation of tour will incur a 50% charge of the total package price. This fund is not refundable, in whole or in part, cannot be brought forward and/or used for future bookings.

Additional Information:

• It is recommended to bring a hat, sunscreen, camera, shorts, comfortable sports shoes and a change of clothes
• The lunchtime is flexible and guests can request for a specific lunchtime in between the above activities

• Trips may be cancelled anytime by the operational team due to really bad weather
• Re-confirmation via phone to the reservation department one day prior to departure is necessary
