Tour Description:

The sunrise has its own brilliance that seems to captivate the eyes of whoever lies his/her eyes on it. Indeed, feel the warmth of the early morning sun through the serene trip up the hills of Sibetan Village. At 1,200 m above sea level, the altitude will dwarf the surrounding scenery and make you feel on top of the world. Set up your picnic spot and trek around the beautiful surrounding of the hilltop as you gaze upon the far horizon of the sunrise. Even as you make your way downhill, you will get the chance to visit a local Salak plantation to get to know more about this locally grown fruit. So gear up, prepare your trekking shoes and pack up your food for a relaxing morning on the hilltop.

Upon your pickup, you will head straight to your starting point. There, your own 4WD vehicle will be all ready to take you all the way up the top of the hill. Once you ready yourself with your packing and necessities, you will then attend a briefing session before the ride. With all the pre-departure preparation done, you will then make your way headfirst toward the top of the hill. Your journey will find you surrounded by rocky paths, dense jungle and bamboo forests – all made to allow you that extra adventurous kick. Once the clock hits 5:30 A.M., you will arrive at the hilltop for your sunrise view. Set up your picnic and have your hearty breakfast accompanied by the beautiful view of Mount Agung and the silhouette of Mount Rinjani in Lombok. To keep yourself warm, you will also have an accompanying campfire by your side. Once you are all warmed up, you will continue with a light trek around the hillside. Enjoy the breathtaking view as the golden sunlight slowly illuminates the valley and touches your skin.

Then, come 8:00 A.M., you will make your way back downhill whilst stopping by a Salak plantation to appreciate the bountiful harvest. Make your way around the lush plantation while keeping yourself away from the small thorns of the plants. The Salak fruit itself is encased in a hard outer shell – but what lies inside is a juicy and crunchy fruit that begs to be eaten. Feel free to ask around for purchase should you find yourself curious about the taste as well.

Finally, once you make your way down, you can return back to your hotel via the available return transfer and catch up on some extra snooze after an early morning’s hilltop adventure.

• 50% cancelation fee will be applied for any cancelation 24 hours before the trip and 100% cancelation fee applies within 24 hours to the tour commencement date
