Day 1 - Arrival/Check-in/Multi-purpose hall
Starting your trip off, you will need to make your way to Tioman Island via Mersing (In Johor). The boat ride is under 2 hours. The other option is to take a direct flight from Kuala Lumpur to Tioman Island which will be around 45 minutes. After arriving, you will need to make your way to Paya Beach Spa & Dive Resort where our friendly concierge team will be awaiting your arrival. Check in to your Deluxe Chalet which is located at the beach that gives you a fantastic view of the ocean.
Get comfortable in your new environment and freshen up before going for the next activity. You can choose to use a fully finished multi-purpose hall for an introductory welcome or meetings. There will be afternoon tea and light refreshments that are served. Dinner will be a set or buffet dinner style and it comes with a BBQ Action Stall where you get to taste the freshness of the seafood. Head back to your room and have a good rest for the evening.
Day 2 - Yoga by the Sea/Rainforest & Mangrove Swamp Walk/Boat Trip to Ringgis Island & Marine Park OR Trekking Trip to Rockfall
Open your eyes to the sight of endless paradise and the never-ending sight of the ocean. Prepare for a day filled with activities ahead and head down to the resort for a sumptuous breakfast that is prepared by our in-house chef. There will be a huge variety of food choices that includes some Malaysian cuisine that is out of this world. Next, head off for some of the outdoor activities that are included in the tour package.
You may opt to for a jungle trekking Trip to Rockfall where you will get to experience the lavish tropics and beautiful natural habitat of the animals. An experienced guide will lead you through the rainforest by hiking with your team. Along the way, he will take the opportunity to explain some of the practical uses of plants and herbs that are found in the forest. Furthermore, he will highlight some of the unique features of the plant’s flora and fauna and its surroundings. Tioman Island is also the home of many rare animals that are unique to the lavish rainforest, you will be able to get up close and personal with them. The rainforest experience gives city-dwellers an uncommon chance to be one with nature and rejuvenate themselves before going back to the city.
Alternatively, your team may choose to go for a snorkelling boat trip to Ringgis Island & Marine Park experience instead. There will be a short briefing of the outline of the event for the day and a safety procedure talk. Then you will be led to find some fitting snorkelling gears in our collection of diving equipment. After a last check on the weather conditions, you will head out to the open waters. Take the jump into crystal clear waters and feel the cold water rushing against your skin and feel the sudden relief from the scorching sun. Looking underwater, you will find yourself transported into a whole new world filled with amazing sights of fishes swimming freely and colour coral reefs that populate the seabed. You will be awestruck by the beauty of the environment and the amazing underwater world that Tioman Island has.
Lastly, enjoy a slew of team bonding activities that you can take part in with your teammates to get to know each other better. The activities are tailored in a way where you will get to learn about each other’s strengths and weaknesses. Effective communication is also emphasised during the game as there will be a need to work together in groups and collaborate together to get the job done. We hope that after the session, you will learn how to support your teammates better and ride on the strength of each other. Next, go down for a sumptuous BBQ pit dinner that will be prepared for you by our in-house chef. Enjoy the night away as you bond through food and end off the trip on a high note before heading back to the resort to retire for the night.
Day 3 Departure
On the last day, pack your baggage and check out. Head back to the mainland of Malaysia with all the wonderful memories you have created at Tioman Island.
