64 kilometres away from the mainland of Malaysia, Tioman island normally frequent by tourists from all over the world. It has one of the most unique diving experiences one can get with the amazing biodiversity and amazing coral reefs. On land, there is an abundance of flora and fauna and a never-ending canopy that shelters the animals from the elements. Furthermore, you will also get to enjoy the different adventure with your teammates where you will get to understand better and bond together.
Day 1 - Arrival/Check-in/Multi-purpose hall
The tour begins by making your way from Mersing (In Johor) to Tioman Island. The ferry ride will be under 2 hours. Alternatively, you can choose to take a direct flight from Kuala Lumpur to Tioman Island which will take around 45 minutes. Upon your arrival, you will need to make your way to Paya Beach Spa & Dive Resort where our friendly concierge team will be welcoming you. Enjoy a seamless check-in process into the Beach Villa as our team would have pre-booked it for you.
Head up to the villa and get settled into your new environment, freshen up before heading for your next activity. There will be a fully furnished multi-purpose hall at your disposal, where you can use it for an opening address or some important business meeting. There will be refreshments provided during the late afternoon. Later in the evening, dinner will be at the resort where it will be a set or buffet-style dinner. It comes with a BBQ Action Stall where you will get to taste some of the freshest seafood that is caught earlier in the morning. Head back to your accommodation and rest for the evening.
Day 2 - Yoga by the Sea/Rainforest & Mangrove Swamp Walk/Boat Trip to Ringgis Island & Marine Park OR Trekking Trip to Rockfall
Find yourself awoken by the sound of nature calling with the call from the different creatures in the wild. Prepare for a day filled with outdoor activities but before that, go down to the resort for a hearty breakfast will be prepared for you by our in-house chef. There will be a wide selection of food available for you to choose from and there will be some local Malaysian cuisine for you to try as well. Then head out for some outdoor activities that are included in the tour package.
Firstly, there is a snorkelling boat trip to Ringgis Island & Marine Park that you may go for. The team will be ushered in for a short briefing about the outline for the event of the day and a safety procedure talk. Next, go find fitting snorkelling gears in our well-maintained diving equipment stall. After another check on the weather for the day, you will be led out to the open waters. Take a leap into the pristine water and experience the cold water rushing against your skin and feel the relief from the heat of the unforgiving sun. Heading deeper into the waters, you will be transported into a whole new world filled with amazing sights of fish swimming in clusters in the water. Be treated to the amazing sight of the vibrant coral reefs that populating the seabed.
Alternatively, you may opt to for a jungle trekking Trip to Rockfall where you will get to explore the lavish tropics and beautiful natural habitat of the animals. An experienced guide will lead you through the rainforest by hiking with your team. Along the way, he will take the opportunity to explain some of the practical uses of plants and herbs that are found in the forest. Furthermore, he will highlight some of the unique features of the plant’s flora and fauna and its surroundings. Tioman Island is also the home of many rare animals that are unique to the lavish rainforest, you will be able to get up close and personal with them. The rainforest experience gives city-dwellers an uncommon chance to be one with nature and rejuvenate themselves before going back to the city.
Go down to the resort for some team bonding activities that is facilitated by the resort. Go through the different activities that are lined up for you and discover the different strengths and weaknesses of your teammates. You will get a fresh perspective on your peers as you go through various activities that requires effective communication and collaborating to complete the different goals. This will help you identify methods to support and grow together as a team and achieve together as well. After that, head back down to the resort for an amazing BBQ pit dinner that is prepared for you and end off the trip on a high note before heading back to the accommodation to get a good night’s rest.
Day 3 Departure
On the last day, pack your baggage and check out. Head back to the mainland of Malaysia with all the wonderful memories you have created at Tioman Island.
