Tour Description:

Experience 45 minutes of tumbling and rumbling through beaten paths in an energetic 4WD as it takes you on an off-road ride uphill and downhill! Make your way through the Benom range to the Lata Berembun waterfall, one of the best natural treasures of the state of Pahang. Despite this waterfall being hard-to-reach, many will travel from afar, like Singapore, just to visit these falls. This is a testament to Berembun waterfall’s beauty.

Because it is located so deep within the Benom range, it is at a relatively high altitude and its surrounding forests remain untouched. These lend the waterfall area its cooler temperature, as the thick foliage of tall trees do their best to keep most of the sun’s rays out. Once you’ve reached the waterfalls, you will be greeted by the constant cool wind that blows from the powerful cascades of water down the huge granite boulders of Berembun waterfall.

The waters of Berembun waterfall flow down from a series of 7 or so cascades, and are strong and cold. At the base of the waterfall, there is a natural pool that is large and deep, so if you want to swim, you must wear a life jacket. The waterfall and its surroundings make for a pleasant setting for a picnic, with the rush of water in the background serving as white noise and the beautiful green trees providing the right amount of shade.
