Gopeng is a small town located just 2 hours of driving distance from Kuala Lumpur, the capital city of Malaysia. It is a small and laid-back town that was once a bustling tin mining town. However, the fall of tin mining industry and years of development has caused people to move from the small town towards big cities. Despite this, Gopeng has risen to fame in recent years and has become a top tourist destination for nature lovers and adventure seekers. With exciting landscapes and wonderful natural environment, Gopeng provides a wide range of activities for the selection of visitors such as whitewater rafting, caving, waterfall abseiling and many more.

This tour includes some of the most exciting activities that can be found in Gopeng. One of the activities will be camping for your overnight stay in Gopeng. You will be camping in the woods and have an intimate experience with nature. Escape from the hectic city life as you spend your night in the blissful natures and relax your soul. The cooling weather in forests and its fresh air will be rejuvenating for you. As the night approaches, lift up your heads and you might be able to see a sky full of stars if you are lucky enough.

Next, you will also go on a caving adventure in Gopeng’s caves. Caving is an exciting activity that lets you explore the wonderful interior of caverns. Before you start the activity, our guide will conduct a safety briefing and explanation on the caving activity such as tips for caving. After gearing up yourself with the safety equipment, our guide will lead you along the caving journey. Our experienced guide will accompany you throughout the tour and explain on the rock formations too. The stalactites and stalagmites formed in the cave will be an amazing masterpiece of nature.

Other than that, you will also be going on a waterfall abseiling activity. Waterfall abseiling is an activity done at the waterfalls where you will need to descend the waterfalls with the help of a rope. You will be guaranteed to end the activity with waters splashing all over you. Our experienced guides will brief you on how to abseil down the waterfall and also safety on the activity. You will be geared up properly before you abseil as your safety will be our priorities so that you can enjoy the activity fully. Challenge your fears as you scale down the waterfall vertically!

Besides that, there is a great vantage point in Gopeng that offers a brilliant view of the sunset. You will be going on a sunset hiking to witness the best sunset view in Gopeng! Our guide will accompany you on this hiking trip and lead the way to the vantage point. The unspoilt nature of Gopeng means that there are much to see along the way up to the vantage point. Our guide will help to spot some of these floras and faunas and indicate them to you. Once you reach the vantage point, you will be treated with a breathtaking view on the sunset and also Gopeng’s landscape.
