Tour Description:

Gopeng, located 2 hours away from the capital city of Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur has risen to fame as one of the top travel destinations for nature lovers and thrill seekers. Gopeng is a small town that was once a bustling tin mining town. However, it has now become one of the go to destinations for those who are looking for exciting adventures in the natural setting. Gopeng features an interesting landscape with lots of other wonders of nature like clearwater rivers, lush green forest and majestic limestone hills. Some of the activities that can be found in Gopeng are caving, whitewater rafting, ATV riding and many more.

You will be going on an exciting adventure on this tour as we bring you to explore the wonders of Gopeng’s nature. You will be camping in the woods for the night. As you settle down in the camp, relax with the peaceful nature. Spend this time to rejuvenate yourself from the busy city life and admire the tranquillity of nature. If you are lucky on that day, you will be able to see stars shining brightly in the clear sky.

Besides that, you will also go on a caving expedition to witness the wonderful work of nature. There are many amazing caves in the area of Gopeng. Before you start caving, our guide will brief on safety and procedures to ensure everything is clear. Then, you will wear the safety equipment and your caving adventure begins! As you explore around the caverns, you will be able to see many magnificent rock formations in the caves. Remember to watch your steps as the cave might get dark and also rocks might slip you up.

Next, you will also go on the waterfall abseiling activity which takes place at a beautiful waterfall in Gopeng. Waterfall abseiling requires its challenger to scale down the waterfall with the help of a rope. Cold river waters will certainly splash on you while you scale down from the top of the waterfall. Our experienced guide will explain the safety and procedures of the activity to you before you begin. Then, wear the safety equipment and after the guides have checked on it, you are ready to go. Take one step at a time as you conquer your fears in this thrilling adventure down the waterfall!

Other than that, you will also participate in the whitewater rafting activity in the gushing rapids of Gopeng. With river graded at class-I to III, both beginners and experienced ones will be able to enjoy this exciting activity. You will need to navigate your boat with your teammates down the roaring river. You will be given a briefing on the safety, command and procedures by our experienced river guides before you begin the activity. You will also wear the safety equipment before hopping on the boat with your paddle. Remember that teamwork is essential in this activity as you conquer to the fierce river!

For those who love picturesque views, you are in for a treat as we bring you to one of Gopeng’s best viewpoint. In addition, you will also be able to see the sunset in this sunset hiking activity. Our guide will lead you to trek through the lush tropical rainforests of Gopeng and introduce you to the floras and faunas spotted along the journey. You might need to keep up your pace as we rush to reach the viewpoint before the sun sets. Once you have reached the viewpoint, be prepared for the stunning sunset view. You will also get a picturesque view of Gopeng’s surrounding landscapes.
