Before we start the journey, we will meet at the designated meeting point. Once ready, we will begin our cycling journey. Our guide will bring you to venture along backstreets to explore Chiang Mai from the eyes of a local as our guide shows you their home city. You will be able to look at how the locals go by their daily lives as you cycle through the city. We will explore unique temples in the city that has intricate details and architectural style particular to this region of Thailand. These beautiful temples will certainly capture your attention as you see them. Other than that, we will also ride through quiet small roads and visit the neighbourhood market where the locals buy their fresh ingredients. It is definitely an authentic experience on the Thai lifestyle.
After that, we will reach our destination for our long-awaited cooking class. The friendly local chef will welcome us warmly into her home kitchen. Then, you will get ready for an exciting culinary adventure. The local chef is very experienced in cooking local Thai dishes. With tips and trick from an expert, you will be able to learn how easy it is to prepare those Thai dishes that seemed difficult to cook. You will be amazed by the techniques that allow you to easily prepare these Thai cuisines. After the cooking class, you will be seated to enjoy your very own creations!
This 17 kilometres ride will bring you on flat roads riding at an easy pace. We mostly ride on quiet lanes with little or no cars but on some sections, we will be riding with the traffic. It will definitely be a fun and enjoyable trip.
