Tour Description:

A thrilling journey awaits for adventure-seekers who seek a little bit of twist from your conventional waterfall. Unleash the inner 'Spiderman' in you by climbing a waterfall! The Bua Tong Sticky Waterfall is unique because the limestone formations along the waterfall make it possible for you to climb to the top of the waterfall. Unlike most of the waterfalls out there which can be very slippery, the Bua Tong waterfall allows visitors to walk or climb freely with a minimal assistance of only a rope. The spongy limestone with mineral deposits makes it impossible for algae to form and hence, earning the name of the 'Sticky Bua Tong Waterfall'. Located at about 50 minutes from the center of Chiang Mai, the pathway leading to the waterfall is surrounded by the lush greeneries which will offer you a scenic drive.

Challenge yourself to conquer the limestone formations by climbing your way up to the top, which is 100 meters high where you will have a chance to behold the sights of nature in its unspoiled state. Admire the unceasing luscious rainforests that seem to stretch to the horizon, which thrive on the nutrient-rich land. Catch the crystal clear water where you will be able to see the bottom of the pool. The pool is home to small fishes which will be greeting you as you soak yourself into the cooling water. Cool your body by taking a dip in the clear blue waters that cascade down to the pool.
