Broga Hill is unlike your standard hilltop adventure. You will find that this particular hill packs a lot more than what it seems. From a wondrous view to pristine forest and exciting resort wide engagements, you will find there is indeed much to see in Broga Hill. Even better, this 400 m landmass boasts one of Malaysia’s most stunning place for a sunrise sightseeing experience. So pack your picnic equipment and ready yourself for some otherworldly view from the hilltop as you enjoy the majestic scenery with your friends and buddies.
Add into the adventurous spirit of the journey as you spend your day camping in the outdoors and enjoy the beautiful view from your own camping site. Go through the night together with your fellow neighbours as you sing and be merry with each other. Alternatively, you can sit down near the entrance of your camp with a book in hand and some warm tea while you take in the serenity of the night. The occasional call of the wild insects adds into the beauty of the evening and you will find yourself falling in love with the beautiful tune of the evening.
Your tour package will also allow you to take part in some of the many activities found around the resort. This includes wall climbing, abseiling, hanging bridge, kayaking, water polo, Broga Hill hiking and flying fox. In the wall climbing session, you will have the chance to make your way up an artificial wall as you put your climbing skill to the test. Or, if you have never climbed before, this is the perfect opportunity for you to give yourself a nudge at the back and start an easy climb. Have fun and exercise caution as you slowly make your way up to the top.
It is not every day that you get the chance to abseil down a building so you would really want to make use of this opportunity to truly learn how to abseil. You get to choose between the 45-degree and the 90-degree abseil as you slowly drop down to the ground. Besides, this skill may prove to be useful should you need it one day. All you need to do is take that one step forward and your harness will do the rest for you.
The hanging bridge will have you walking on ropes while you cross your way over to the other side of the bridge. Do you remember doing this as a kid as well? If you do, why not take it a notch further and see just how fast you can get yourself across? After all what better way to test your balance and how it has improved from your childhood?
For your water sport, kayaking will provide you with a good gauge on your balancing and coordination ability. Even when you go solo on the kayak, you need both to properly move the boat forward. A slight mistake in your balancing ability will throw you off the boat while an err in your coordination ability will send the kayak sideways and before long you may find yourself losing track of your original intended direction.
Water polo is the fun combination of basketball, soccer and swimming. You pass the ball with your hands (basketball) as you aim for the goal (soccer) while waddling through the water (swimming). You need the dexterity and skills from all three of them to get your score and bring your team to victory, so bring out the best in you as you move forward and aim for that coveted goalpost.
You hike to the top of Broga Hill will bring you to the most scenic spot for some sunrise watching experience. Lay down your sheet and enjoy your delicious breakfast as you share the moment with your friends and greet the day together. Do not forget to also get your cameras snapping for the memory book as you do not want to miss out on the picturesque view before you.
Set yourself as free as a bird with some flying fox session. Sliding smoothly from one checkpoint to the other, you will get to marvel at the beautiful bird’s eye view of the Broga Hill resort. Coupled with the fresh wind blowing across your cheeks and refreshing you for the day ahead, the flying fox is the perfect activity for that extra morning kick for you sleepyheads!
