Tour Description:

Experience the ultimate adventure as we combine jungle kayaking, off-road mountain biking and exploring a spectacular mountain cave all in one day. We start the exciting day off on the kayaks as we maneuver down the meanders of the Sarawak River; along hidden waterfalls, rocky, limestone outcrops, and pristine jungle trees. You can use this opportunity to jump off the craft and having a cold, refreshing dip into the clean mountain water.

Next, we jump in a car that ferries us through a breathtaking scenic basin before arriving at the old gold mining town. This is the beginning of the second part of the adventure as we eat and gear up before heading out to the biking trails. This is a medium difficulty, off-road trail and is about 20 km long within a spectacularly scenic area along the majestic karst mountain formation. The trail eventually opens up from the rocky rainforest terrain to one of the oldest gold mines in Sarawak.

Our last stop of the day is the Fairy Cave, Kuching’s most enchanting caving site. Climbing into the cave is easy since it has been modernised with staircases and concrete slabs, making it easy for all ages to enjoy. If you climb all the way up to the highest opening, you will be greatly rewarded with a fantastic view of the surrounding farms, fields and forested hills in the distance.
