Tour Description:

Are you a big fan of Tiger beer? This tour is specially made for Tiger lovers who is curious and wants to have the hands-on experience of witnessing how their favourite beer is made. Experience and witness the process and history of the prominent Tiger beer. Founded in 1932, Tiger has become Singapore’s pride in being the first locally brewed alcoholic beverage that is sold in more than 60 countries worldwide. An award-winning brand that has garnered over 40 awards and recognition, Tiger beer is not a stranger in Singapore’s drinking scene. While many fans out there only get to see the beer as a final product, this time you will witness the beer in the making process.

The Tiger Brewery will show you the entire process you possibly need to know about the locally- produced beer from the ingredients to how it is packaged. You will also learn about the history and the background of Tiger, understanding on how the brand was established close to a century. Listed as one of Singapore’s top 10 valuable brands, you will get a glimpse of how and why Tiger remains as the top brand not just in Singapore, but throughout Asia as well. This guided tour will be interactive, thus you will be having some hands-on experience on pouring your own draught beer. Walk through the packaging gallery and witness the distribution process of the bottled beer.

The last session of the tour is definitely the most exciting part of the entire tour as you will be drinking a freshly brewed cold Tiger beer and a glass of Heineken. Your beer tasting session will not just be limited to one beer but you will be tasting different types of beer. In order for you to enjoy the most out of your beer tasting, you will be taught with the correct ‘technique’ to drink a beer. You will be tasting some of the major beer brands under Heineken, which can be purchased at your own expenses. Remember, this is a beer tasting session and not a drinking competition so you definitely would not want to leave the tour getting too drunk and not remembering anything!
