Tour Description:

Get ready for a thrilling adventure consisting of river tubing and spelunking. The longest and largest cave in Peninsular Malaysia, Gua Tempurung is also a majestic cave that has been around for more than 10,000 years. Home to mesmerising stalagmites and stalactites that fill the caves, the speleological wonder has fascinated many, drawing in cave enthusiasts from across the globe.

Your adventure starts off with an early morning drive towards the entrance of Gua Tempurung. Upon arrival, we will register ourselves before meeting our experienced guide. Ensure that your shoes have a steady grip as the conditions ahead will be damp and slippery. Led by our experienced guide, we will come across the breathtaking Golden Flowstone as we journey along the other magnificent caverns. Gua Tempurung has 5 majestic caverns that consist of unique limestone formations. Be sure to listen to your guide as he lists out names of these stunning formations. A waterproof camera will come in handy as you snap away at the spectacular sights and wonders of the impressive caverns. Following that, we will stop to have some lunch and to regain some energy before heading towards our next stop for the day.

Once we have arrived at the destination, get ready to get up close with nature as you embark on this exciting wet outdoor adventure. A safety briefing and explanation of the equipment will be conducted by the guides before you are equipped with the necessary gear for your adventure. Splash and tumble on the rubber tubes as you weave through the rapids of Kampar River. Enjoy and bounce off rocks as the lush rainforest surrounds you. As you approach the end of the adventure, take some time to freshen up before we head back towards the city.

• Those with serious claustrophobia should refrain from going further than the ‘show’ caves
• Please ensure that you are not allergic to bat guano or limestone

• Please adhere to strict pick-up time punctuality. Tour operators may forfeit tours for travellers if no-show during stipulated time
