Tour Description:

The Discover Scuba Diving experience will teach you how to use scuba equipment in shallow water and it provides a quick introduction to exploring the underwater world. Gear up with basic scuba diving essentials included in the package such as a mask, snorkel, fins, and buoyancy compensating jacket that carries your scuba tank, a scuba regulator to breathe from and instrumentation for monitoring depth and air supply.

Rise early and proceed to the Kota Kinabalu jetty to meet the Dive Instructor. They will then depart with you, traversing the vast blue ocean to the dive site. Once you arrive, the Dive Instructor will then brief you regarding the various equipment and the safety procedures in place to ensure a smooth, problem-free dive.

Your first dive with the Dive Instructor is definitely a memorable one as you will experience sensations like no other; gawk at the sheer vastness of the ocean. Lunch would then be served on shore followed by a leisure rest time. If your energy levels are still high, you may opt for another dive or choose to relax on the beach. As the afternoon sun reaches its peak, you will then be transferred back to the jetty and overland to your respective hotel.

• Please bring along insect repellent, swim wear, sun block, drinking water for jungle trek, good walking shoes/ sandals, change of clothing and towel
• Timings are subject to change
• Liability Release (Waiver and Express Assumption of Risk form) must be signed prior to commencement of dive
• Certification of Participation given only for Discover Scuba
• Minimum age: 10 years old; able to swim and comfortable in water
• Personal belongings at owner's risk
• Do not bring any valuables (i.e. earrings, necklaces)
• All cameras must be waterproof or placed in waterproof bags at your own risk
• Please adhere to strict pick-up time punctuality. Tour operators may forfeit tours for travellers if no-show during stipulated time
• Registered name of the traveller must be corresponding with photograph documentation (Example: Passport). Tour operators reserve the right to reject if registered traveller fails to provide photographed documentation of their own
