Taman Negara is estimated to be older than 138 million years old and is reputed to be The Best Kept Tropical Rainforest. Being the oldest and largest national park in Malaysia, it is a home to thousands of flora and fauna including the rare and highly endangered species.
Challenge yourself to trek through the tropical jungle whilst immersing yourself into the beauty of nature, away from your usual hectic routine from the daily hustle bustle. You will be exposed to the diverse life forms that reside in Taman Negara as you trek your path to the record-breaking canopy walk. The peaceful jungle trekking trail will provide a unique and unforgettable adventure for you.
Originally built for research purposes, the canopy walk was only opened to the public not long ago and soon it becomes one of the most popular activity to do in Taman Negara. The walk stretches over half a kilometre across big trees in the rainforest, making it a paradise for all the nature lovers out there who seek for a different perspective of the flora and fauna.
You will then spend a night in the only resort located in Taman Negara, the Mutiara Taman Negara Eco Park Resort where you will wake up to the sound of the birds chirping in the morning. Breakfast will be served to all the guests as one of the best ways to kickstart your day in the most natural surrounding!
