Day 1 - Hoi An / Than Mural Fishing Village / Tam Ky City
We will pick you up from your hotel in Hoi An to begin our journey as you board your Van and meet up with your friendly guide to Thanh Mural fishing village in Tam Ky city. It will be a 45 minutes’ car ride to the south from the ancient town of Hoi An. Thanh Mural fishing village was just a Vietnamese fishing village which has now completely transformed itself into a living art gallery that celebrates local culture, people and nature. The Korean Committee Art Exchange Program and the Vietnamese People’s Committee of Quang Nam Province who introduced and brought the art to the local people of Thanh Mural also transformed the village into a living art gallery. This project was done jointly by both Korean and Vietnamese artists. With the help of some volunteers, the project manages to complete over the 100 different murals. This fishing village is now famously known for its beautiful graffiti and artistic culture. Feast your eyes and be awed by the many beautiful arts surrounding the city. Once you arrive, you will head straight to your Beach House at Tam Thanh to check in while simultaneously enjoying your welcome drink from your friendly host. You will have some time to walk along the Mural fishing village with our friendly guide to enjoy the view of the picturesque village and take some beautiful pictures of the walls of the local house filled with amazing paintings by various talented artists. Afterwards, you will visit a local family and learn how to make some local fish sauce called Nuoc Mam. But that’s not all. Later in the evening, you will take part in some food tour by jeep around the local area of Tam Ky and help yourself to some of the local specialities before returning to your beach house to spend the night.
Day 2 - Tam Tien Fishing Market
Wake up and refresh yourself as you wake up to the breezy morning wind. Our guide and van will take you to Tam Tien Fishing Market, an authentic and traditional fishing market with hundreds of fishing boat and thousands of local fishermen trading fish in the early morning and ready to provide you with the freshest catch of the day. It is important to know that this market is only open during the monsoon season between April and September and it is the province’s largest seafood wholesale market. This market was actually founded spontaneously more than 30 years ago by the people from two hamlets - Phuoc Loc and Ha Quang. It was originally only a small stall selling sea products for daily purchases at a low price. Years later, thanks to faster boats, new fishing technology and modernity, the local people are able to fish farther away, catch more and cater to increasing customer demand. Many people from different districts of Quang Nam and Quang Ngai drop by regularly for some fish and shrimp. You will also get to see the daily lives of the fishermen and the bustling fish market life in the morning. There are also a lot of photo opportunities to look out for so be sure to get your camera snapping.
After some market exploration, chill down and watch the beautiful sunrise as you converse with the locals amidst the beautiful morning sky. Before long, it will be time to go back to your beach house for your deliciously cooked breakfast. You will have the time of your own to swim and relax at the beachfront of your beach house for some tanning as well. Then, lunch will be served at the local seafood restaurant and some free time for you to explore more of the place afterwards. BBQ will be served for dinner which is prepared by your professional butler at your very own beach house later on.
Day 3 - Tam Thanh Beach House
Wake up in the morning to the fragrant smell of breakfast. After some free time to relax and explore the surrounding vicinity, you can also opt to take some pictures or even swim around before we go back to Hoi An. You will be checking out from your accommodation at around 12 P.M. and will be driven back to Hoi An where the trip will conclude.
