Tour Description:

Kick your feet back and bask in the sun at the beautiful Sipadan Water Village that sits off the coast of Mabul, on the crystal clear waters of the Celebes Sea. Reward yourself with a getaway at this tropical paradise that boasts Bajau architecture and flowered wooden walkways. It stands on stilts made from Belian wood that are strategically placed so as not to further damage the existing reef and preserve the beauty of the Celebes Sea. The staff there are always prepared to heed your every beck and call to ensure that you will have the best overall experience at Sipadan Water Village.

From your room’s balcony, you will be either granted the view of the glittering sea or the green island. The Grand Deluxe Cottage offers maximum comfort for a small family with its spacious area and 2 queen-sized beds. A private bathtub is all yours to relax and lounge in before you start your day or to end your day after a tiring snorkelling adventure. Take your relaxation to the next level with a leisurely soak in the provided WILTON Residential Spa Pool. The Grand Deluxe Cottage will make your every luxurious tropical island fantasy come true.

In the outdoors, lounge in the sun by the decks or put on your snorkelling gear for an unlimited snorkelling adventure around Mabul’s house reef. The house reef is home to a variety of marine animals such as turtles, octopi, cuttlefish, blue-spotted stingrays and an array of tropical reef fish. On a good day, you may even catch sight of some of these beautiful creatures without stepping foot into Mabul’s waters, but of course, why would you not want to enter the water? The water is cool and clear and sightings of marine life are much more beautiful when you’re in the same medium as it is.

Go beyond Mabul’s waters to Kapalai, where its sloping reef is home to giant potato groupers, schooling jackfish, great barracudas, bumphead parrotfish, mandarin fish, and even green sea turtles and eagle rays. Watch as these creatures of different sizes make their way through the water with their unique movements as you snorkel through the water, observing. This underwater sight is one that you will find hard to forget with its one-of-a-kind beauty.

For cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour date will incur a 30% cancellation fee from the total package price.

• Transfer duration above are estimated and subject to traffic and weather condition, and not inclusive of any sightseeing

• Please adhere to strict pick-up time punctuality. Tour operators may forfeit tours for travellers if no-show during stipulated time
• Guests are advised to go for a medical check-up and arrive in good conditions. In the event of unexpected health problem after the booking has been made, please include a doctor’s official letter in order to keep the booking postponed for one year maximum
• Registered name of the traveller must be corresponding with photograph documentation (Example: Passport). Tour operators reserve the right to reject if registered traveller fails to provide photographed documentation of their own
• Note: Starting from 1st September 2017, a tourism tax of RM10 per room per night will be imposed on non-Malaysian tourists for all types of hotels and accommodations. This is payable to the hotel upon check-out
• Diving in Sipadan requires a special permit (limited to only 120 divers a day). Guests who opt for diving in Sipadan will be required to obtain the permit from the resort front desk at RM40 per person, per day
• It would not be possible for us to do transfer directly to the resort on the same day if the arrival is late as it would be dark (after 1600PM at Semporna) for the boat transfer and is not advisable for safety reason. It is recommended to take the flight before 1400PM to arrive at Tawau Airport for direct transfer to Sipadan Water Village Resort
• Additional boat snorkelling trips to Kapalai or other parts of Mabul cost RM50.00 per person, and is inclusive of snorkelling equipment, a snorkelling guide, and a boat trip
