Tour Description:

Why go on an underwater observatory when you can go for the real deal? Looking at the ocean life from the confinement of a glass chamber is not going to be as physical and satisfying as going for the real deal. With a tour around the water of the Celebes Sea, you will be able to see firsthand how it feels to interact and make friends with fishes both big and small roaming around the rich ocean water. This experience is further accentuated by the fact that you will be living on your own top-notch accommodation filled with all the quality service, stunning view and comfort that you could ever dream of when it comes to a holiday stay.

The underwater world of the Celebes Sea is a melting pot of diversity all packed into one whole package. On the ocean bed, you will see colourful coral reefs spanning as far as the eyes can see. Looking closer, you will notice that small fishes have made the corals as their home and nest. The corals protect the fishes and their kids from danger while the fishes supply the corals with sustenance and food. This symbiotic relationship between the two makes for a wonderful and beneficial relationship that has endured the test of time. Or, if you are a fan of bigger fish, you will also see that manta rays, tuna and marlin roam the water surrounding the islands. If you are lucky, you will get to swim alongside these wondrous creatures and get a closer one-on-one time with them. Be sure to snap your cameras away as well as the view under the sea is definitely one that will go into your travel log.  

On the island, you will come to appreciate the beauty of the sea during sunset and sunrise. Come evening, the azure sky turns golden as the gentle ray of sunshine falls onto the waves and turn them from beautiful to glorious. The golden shimmer of the golden water will make you feel like living in a fairy tale while the warm dusk sun will relieve and warm you up after a whole day’s exploration in the cool tropical water. In the morning, as you wake up to greet another day, the sunrise will refresh you further with its sheer beauty as you rejuvenate for another day’s journey.

Choosing the grand cottage allows you to enjoy the topmost in quality accommodation unlike any other that you have experienced before. As the most luxurious and biggest room available, the room comes with two queen size beds and a personal Jacuzzi for your own relaxation. Hurry up though because there are only four units available so it is up for anyone to grab first. All four comes with an island view and are located furthest away from the reception area to give you that extra privacy kick.

Cancellation Policy:

For cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour date will incur a 30% cancellation fee from the total package price.

• Non Malaysian (Foreigners) - RM 10.00 per person / per trip (with foreign passports). Child below 11 years old – RM5.00 per person

• Transfer duration above are estimated and subject to traffic and weather condition, and not inclusive of any sightseeing

• Please adhere to strict pick-up time punctuality. Tour operators may forfeit tours for travellers if no-show during stipulated time
• Guests are advised to go for a medical check-up and arrive in good conditions. In the event of unexpected health problem after the booking has been made, please include a doctor’s official letter in order to keep the booking postponed for one year maximum
• Registered name of the traveller must be corresponding with photograph documentation (Example: Passport). Tour operators reserve the right to reject if registered traveller fails to provide photographed documentation of their own
• Note: Starting from 1st September 2017, a tourism tax of RM10 per room per night will be imposed on non-Malaysian tourists for all types of hotels and accommodations. This is payable to the hotel upon check-out
• Diving in Sipadan requires a special permit (limited to only 120 divers a day). Guests who opt for diving in Sipadan will be required to obtain the permit from the resort front desk at RM40 per person, per day
• It would not be possible for us to do transfer directly to the resort on the same day if the arrival is late as it would be dark (after 1600PM at Semporna) for the boat transfer and is not advisable for safety reason. It is recommended to take the flight before 1400PM to arrive at Tawau Airport for direct transfer to Sipadan Water Village Resort
