Tour Description:

Horses were first ridden in approximately 3500 BC, where it was once marked as the beginning of the relationship between horse and man. Get up close and personal to what once was trained and ridden for practical uses such as police work and herding animals in ranches, horses have since been used in more conventional and recreational riding purposes. Famously used in competitive sports such as horse racing, polo, vaulting, driving, rodeo and even in outdoor performances, nowadays the general public has easier access to the world of horse riding as compared to years before. Experience your first foray into horse riding together with a local expert!

Take your first steps into being a master horseback rider in the 45-minute 1-lesson activity. Your first lesson with our local horse riding expert will be used to customise a training program according to your aptitude. Learn how to saddle up and put on the bridle for your horse, as well as how to safely mount a horse. You can then first get a taste of handling a horse on its back, as well as the basics of controlling its movement through the reins and stirrups. One lesson might not be enough, but with further lessons, you will learn not only about horse riding skills but also will have the opportunity to master the handling and caring of horses!
