Tour Description:

Go on an adventurous boat ride to the tropical paradise called the Phang Nga Bay that is located in between the southern Thailand and Phuket island. Explore the beautiful rock formations that seems to be defying gravity and limestone cliffs that holds lavish green trees as you approach the Phang Nga Bay. The Phang Nga Bay came under spotlight after it was featured in numerous movies, which include James Bond’s The Man with a Golden Gun and the island inspired the background of Planet Kashyyyk in the Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith. The island is the home of an abundance of wildlife, which includes more than 80 species of birds, at least 18 species of reptiles, more than 15 mammals and many more! Some of the animals that reside on the island are rare and endangered, which may include the dugong, Asiatic dowitcher, serow and Malayan plover.

Then, you will head to a spectacular island called the Khai Nai island, which is small island that is located a stone’s throw away from Phang Nga Bay. Catch a glimpse of the secluded island that is surrounded by crystal clear water that mirrors the environment and discover the beautiful fishes that swim close to shore as you explore the crystal clear blue water that crashing to the shoreline of the beautiful sandy white beach. Discover the indigenous wildlife that come to life and the limestone caves that offer various intricate rock formation, which include the stalactites and stalagmites that jut out the walls of the caves as you ride along the bay during your journey at Panak island, which is located southwest of Koh Hong. Venture to the stunning Hong island that is mainly uninhabited, which makes the island the perfect spot for some relaxation time whilst basking in the beautiful and serene atmosphere.

Visit the popular landmark at the Phang Nga Bay called the James Bond island, which is the island that had reached international recognition after being featured in one of the James Bond movie called ‘The Man with the Golden Gun’. The famous limestone cliffs that seemingly floats above the green sea water provides a scenic views and enhances the serenity of the island. Delve into the Nam Talu cave with the curved walls and the stalactites and stalagmites of unusual variety jutting all around the cave. Then, you will traverse to the local fishing village called the Ban Tak Dad where you may observe the daily routines and customs of the inhabitants in the fishing village.

You will have a chance to visit a century old village called Koh Panyi that still exists in to this day where you have a chance to explore and learn about their culture and customs, which first established itself in the 18th century when nomadic Malay fishermen settled on the island. Catch the sight of the local mosque that serves the population on the island that is predominantly Muslim. During your leisure time, take the time to relax under the shining Sun along the shores of a sandy beach. Explore the clear blue water to meet some colourful fishes that swim in the waters during your snorkeling expedition.
