Tour Description:

Indeed, food has been defining culture since the beginning of time and Hue city is no different. In fact, you will be surprised at the variety of food choices that you will find in this humble city. While the city is best known for its spicy food, do not miss out on its unique street food as well! Join the tour and find out for yourself just how rich Hue city is in its culinary culture, street food style!

The icing on the cake? You will be able to experience all that by motorbike. Explore the streets of Hue city in an adventurous manner as you mount the bike along professional lady bikers who will bring you all around the block to try out the mouth-watering street food. Fall in love with both the taste and view of Hue city at night in an experience unlike any other. Of course, if you fancy, there is also the choice to explore the street by car so feel free to pick your preference.

We will first begin your food hunt by introducing some Hue local cakes such as Loc cake, Beo cake and Nam cake. Interestingly, these dishes were historically served for the emperor. Today, they act as three of Hue city’s local delicacies. Next, we will try out Khot cake, a combination of flour, shrimp, pork, onion and fish sauce wrapped in the goodness of a rice paper. Once you finish the cake, we will bring you to enjoy some BBQ and beer where you will get to eat and drink like the locals. Stuffing some protein, it is time to add carbohydrate into the menu. You will continue with some Hue noodle soup, an alternate version of Phothat is unique to Hue. The warmness of the soup will warm you up during the night and ready your stomach for more. Finally, we will finish with some sweet dessert at the night market before we bring you back home and let you retreat for the evening. Your tummy will thank you for a full night’s sleep.
