Tour Description:

Enjoy your stay at the tropical Mabul Beach Resort on the stunning sandy beaches of Mabul Island. On your trip, you will get to visit 3 different locations in the beautiful islands of Mabul and Kapalai. Experience one of the best destinations for sighting rare and exotic marine life in Mabul.

Get up close and personal with the marvellous sea critters in Mabul Island waters and bask in the beauty of the vibrant coral reefs. Parrotfish, schools of barracudas and if you’re lucky, friendly sea turtles are some of the amazing sea creatures you can see when snorkelling in the crystalline blue oceans of Mabul Island. However, you only have from approximately 9 am till 4 pm to get your fill of the marvellous Mabul Island waters so savour every moment.

If you need a break from water activities you can relieve your stress while laying on the smooth, sandy beach of Mabul Island and bask in the warmth of the year-round summer Sun. Feel the cooling breeze and sounds of the waves crashing on the stunning beach and gaze at the sparkling view of its waters.

Kapalai Island is one part of the famous Golden Triangle, also consisting of the Sipadan and Mabul Islands. Despite its name, Kapalai Island is actually an artificial “island” made up of a sandbar which resorts have built on. The artificial reef in front of the resort makes a perfect habitat for the majestic sea creatures, which is the reason for the island’s high sightings of giant sea turtles. You can also experience true peace and serenity while gazing at the beauty of the island’s sparkling, deep blue waters.

• Jetty fee
• Return Transfer from Tawau Airport
• Alcoholic beverages and soft drinks from the resort bar
• Malaysian Government Tourism Tax of RM10 per room per night

• Transfer duration above are estimated and subject to traffic and weather condition, and not inclusive of any sightseeing

• Boat transfer information:
• Guests catching the 8:00 am boat to Mabul will need to overnight in Semporna the night before their package
• Guests catching our 2:30 pm boat to Semporna will need to land in Tawau no later than 12:00 pm
• Guests transferring back to Semporna at 10:30 am can catch any flight leaving 3:00 pm or later
• Guests transferring back to Semporna at 4:00 pm can catch any flight leaving 8:00 pm or later
• Divers must wait 18 hours between diving & flying
• Please adhere to strict pick-up time punctuality. Tour operators may forfeit tours for travellers if no-show during stipulated time
• Registered name of the traveller must be corresponding with photograph documentation (Example: Passport). Tour operators reserve the right to reject if registered traveller fails to provide photographed documentation of their own
• Note: Starting from 1st September 2017, a tourism tax of RM10 per room per night will be imposed on non-Malaysian tourists for all types of hotels and accommodations. This is payable to the hotel upon check-out
