Tour Description:

As the Sun makes its ascend from the horizon, you will first commence your day with a visit to the morning market that is filled with an abundance of a wide range of Laos goods. Maneuver your way around the bustling market that is bursting with activity with the guide leading the way. Hear the sound of chatters from the vendors and buyers negotiating and exchanging and catch the smell of the unique spices and herbs wafting through the air. Then, you will make your way to the next stop on a bicycle, which is the city center. Gaze at the stunning view of the meeting point between the Nam Khan river and Mekong rivers.

Visit the Wat Xieng Thong temple, which is one of the most significant monasteries in Laos as the site for spirituality, traditional art and royalty when it was built in the 16th century. Admire the intricate architecture of the temple that is covered with gold and a wide array of Buddha statues that are scattered all around the temple. Head through the backroads of Luang Prabang where you will thrust yourself into the Laos culture like never before. Catch a selection of city highlights by exploring the city at places that brings great cultural importance and also craft-making sites which are seldom visited by tourists to gain a new perspective of the lifestyle in Laos. A wide selection of places will be visited, such as centuries-old temples in Luang Prabang, traditional Laos-craft places, music centers, funeral pyres, museum and many more!

After an exhausting journey, you will then make your way to the local restaurant that sells a selection of noodles where you will indulge yourself in the flavours of Laos. After lunch, you will head back to the city center where you will return the bicycles at the bicycle shop and depart with memories that will last a lifetime.

7 - 14 days prior to the tour date, 50% of total package payment incurred

1 - 6 days prior to the tour date, 100% of total package payment incurred.

Additional Information:

• This tour requires a minimum of 2 pax for the tour to be confirmed

• The minimum height required is 150 cm unless special request is made before the tour begins
• Transfer duration above are estimated and subject to traffic and weather condition, and not inclusive of any sightseeing tours
• Please adhere to strict pick-up time punctuality. Tour operators may forfeit tours for travellers if no-show during stipulated time
• Registered name of the traveller must be corresponding with photograph documentation (Example: Passport). Tour operators reserve the right to reject if registered traveller fails to provide photographed documentation of their own.
• Since we are visiting people’s homes, some sites may be closed without notice and substitutions will be made as necessary.
