Tour Description:

Delve into the art of Thai cooking that involves a blend of Eastern and Western styles based on the flavours that are infused in the food, which includes all of the 5 tastes- sweet, sour, bitter, salty and spicy to create a unique Thai style. Thai cuisine is well-known by food enthusiasts to be the most flavourful and savoury so take this opportunity to learn and gain some insight and knowledge on Thai cuisine. Moreover, Thai food is fresh and healthy and it will surely leave a mouthwatering experience in your mouth as you taste the delectable food and also take a whiff of the fresh aromas that linger in the air.

Experience an authentic cooking class at the finest and only place that offers a Thai home cooking experience in Phuket. The chef-in-charge of the cooking class is Pat, who left her native home of Bangkok to California where she worked as a chef for eight years. You do not need to worry about any form of a language barrier as Pat is fluent in spoken English. The cooking class will be held in her western-style kitchen in her home near Phuket city.

The class will commence with a lemongrass drink for you to take a sip on. Then, you will learn the tips and tricks on how to cook a delectable Thai four-dish menu and also one Thai dessert. You will learn a new technique every step of the way, all the way from the preparation techniques to the cooking techniques before finally indulging in your own dishes that you have just made. Once the class has reached the end, you will be awarded a certificate to illustrate the completion of the class. After the cooking class, you will be provided a hearty lunch before departing with fond memories!
