The crocodiles here are of the Crocodylus Porosus saltwater species, including the toothless 130-year-old crocodile who prefers spending the remainder of his golden years sunbathing as opposed to scaring away the visitors. The crocodiles can be found at various ages, young to old and vary in sizes. You may even be allowed to hold and touch the baby crocodiles under the supervision of the crocodile keepers.
The crocodile farm is an educational experience and you get to learn about interesting facts about crocodiles. Walk around the big lake and take advantage of the opportunity to snap some nice photos of the vicious reptiles. However, do be cautious as you are not allowed to set foot in the lake for safety reasons. All the crocodiles here are bred in the farm through natural copulation. The farm’s main export is the crocodile’s meat and skin which are even used to make leather goods.
