Tour Description:

An enchanting experience awaits you just around 42 km north-east of Johor Bahru, at Kota Tinggi, a town located en route to Mersing. Hop on to the boat at the main jetty as your boat departs into the night just a short 5-10 minutes trip to the magical light bugs. Your boatman will also act as your guide and brief you upon the basic rules and regulations as well as some interesting facts about the anticipated fireflies. Just shortly after, your eyes will catch sight of the mesmerizing flickering lights that break the darkness of the night. The fireflies appear as thousands of dancing little stars and it is truly a spectacular experience as you listen to the stories and history of these fascinating light bugs.

After spending some time admiring the beautiful fireflies, we will head back to the jetty. On the way back the boatman will head towards the Kota Tinggi Bridge and you will get to see the full view of the swallow bird’s nest all hidden underneath the bridge! After the surprising encounter, we will head back to the jetty. Before you are transferred back, sit down and enjoy a sumptuous dinner at a lovely restaurant by the river bank.
