Tour Description:

Day 1 – Denpasar / Labuan Bajo / Rinca Island

Get off your flight at Komodo Airport in Labuan Bajo where you’ll meet your tour representative. Your guide will take you to a boat docked at the Labuan Bajo pier where you’ll take a boat to Rinca Island. After a 2 and a half hour journey, you’ll arrive at the island where you’ll take a trek through the forests that is filled with diverse wildlife. One of the most notable animals at the island is the Komodo dragon, the largest species of lizard in the world! After exploring the island you’ll take a boat towards Kambing Island for some snorkelling amongst the exotic marine life. Then you’ll sail to Lasa Island nearby Komodo Island where you’ll have a nice meal and stay the night on board the boat.

Day 2 – Komodo Island / Pink Beach / Manta Point / Kalong Island

Have a nice breakfast on board then proceed to sail to Komodo Island which should take around 2 and a half hours. Upon arrival, you’ll register for your trek tour and a guide will lead you through the dense forests to make sure you remain safe and sound. On this trek look out for all the animals native to this island such as the infamous Komodo dragon! This predatory creature is a force to be reckoned with as it is the largest species of lizard in the world and has a venomous bite. So do be cautious when you encounter one and try not to agitate it. After the trek, you are off to Pink Beach!

Explore and be amazed by the vibrant colour of the sand of Pink Beach, one of only seven beaches in the entire world! Feel the softness of the cotton candy beach as you lay back and enjoy the summer sun or dive into the clear waters of the island to avoid the heat. Then its back on the boat to go to Manta Point to get a close look at the giant manta rays. If the weather is good, you’ll get to snorkel to get a close look at the Manta rays but you can also just catch a glimpse of these gentle creatures from the boat itself. Your next stop is Kalong Island to witness the breathtaking sight of hundreds of flying foxes emerge for their hunt from the mangroves during sunset.

Day 3 – Kalong Island/ Bidadari/ Labuan Bajo/ Denpasar

Your last day in Flores will start with a trip to Bidari (also known as Angel) Island! This is the perfect last day excursion to the white sandy beach will make for a relaxing experience. You can take a leisurely snorkel or swim in the cool waters or just lay back and soak up all that warm, summer sun. Then its time to head back to Labuan Bajo and say goodbye to Indonesia as you catch your flight at the airport in Denpasar.
