Tour Description:

If you are planning to visit central Vietnam, Hoi An and Hue are two remarkable cities that you should not miss. Besides being UNESCO World Heritage Sites, the two cities are also famous for their natural beauty and stunning countryside. This tour will allow you to explore both Hoi An and Hue while cycling between the two cities. Our transfer vehicle will pick you up from your hotel in Hoi An and bring us closer to around 2 kilometres before the beginning of Hai Van Pass. We will start cycling from here to prepare us for the challenging climb. This 21-kilometre long mountain pass is famous for its scenic beauty and even recognized by BBC Top Gear as the best coastal road in the world. As we reach the summit of the pass, get ready to be spoiled with the breath-taking scenery of the mountain range and coastline.

After that, we will ride down from the other side of the pass and take a 30-minute transfer by our vehicle to the Phuoc Tuong Pass. Here, the scenery begins to change into one of the countrysides where we will cycle through small villages on the dirt track. We will stop by the Tu Hien Bridge and enjoy our picnic lunch before continuing to cycle through the lush bamboo forests and beach villages on flat terrain. As we ride along the coast through the villages, we will visit the Thanh Toan Covered Bridge where you can take pictures of this ornately decorated Japanese-style bridge and observe the locals who are working at the nearby paddy fields. We will continue riding through the countryside to reach Hue and our cycling trip concludes there. While the distance between Hoi An and Hue is quite long, we have selected the best sections for sightseeing and you would not regret the decision of joining this tour!
