Transportation aside, you will see that this is a tour of true cultural and local discovery.
Wake up, wash up and gear up as you will be heading straight to the prime spot to watch the sun rises from the horizon. Place yourself on a boat trip along Thu Bon river and see the Hoi An sunrise for yourself. Thu Bon river itself is rich on its cultural significance and hybrid. Listen to the recollection and tale on how the river marries the merging of culture between the Vietnamese and Champa culture. Next up, get yourself comfortable and visit the Hoi An local market. Feel for yourself the early morning setup of the locals as they prepare to welcome the day. Along the way, visit the local fish market as well as they prepare their boats for the incoming customers. Talk and get to know them better and ask them about their lifestyle and livelihood as they go about their daily chores and how they make ends meet. With two hours allocated for you to explore the huge market, you will get plenty of opportunities to be immersed in the local lives.
Moving on, you will be able to participate in an environmental project together with the crew. Grab your bin and roll up your sleeves as you go into the river to collect the debris and trash together. The cool river water will refresh your soul and you will be able to take part in helping Mother Earth one step at a time. Taste the flavour of victory and righteous conscience as you motivate yourself to do more every time, each one becoming easier with time. Once you have tolled through the morning, it is time to reward yourself with some scrumptious breakfast and coffee.
