Tour Description:

The ingredients involved in making some of Vietnam’s most loved and well-known cuisine is more than just a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Many locally grown herbs are involved in bringing out the unique flavour and scent of the food - some of which can only be sourced locally. In this 4 hours’ cooking tour, you will get to explore the richness of Vietnamese cuisine and try your hand at making your own version of your favourite Vietnamese food under the guidance of a local professional. You might just find a flavour that will go well with your own traditional household recipe as a bonus as well!

The tour begins with a journey to the market to find and purchase the necessary ingredients for your dishes. Choosing the right balance and amount of ingredients and spices for your dish is very important in Vietnamese cuisine, so be sure to pay close attention. Otherwise, selecting a wrong ingredient or missing out on a single spice may compromise the taste of the dish. The good news is that the local Vietnamese marketplaces are convenient places to bargain and purchase the best ingredients for your menu so haggle away! Afterwards, you will depart from the market and head to a cooking center. The classes provided here are a fun and interesting way to learn about local recipes and how you can make some of Vietnam’s most popular dishes at your own kitchen. You will also get to learn when and how to use the various herbs and spices to enhance the flavour of your food - and perhaps to even apply the herbs and spices to your own local dishes. Enjoy the fun preparation session and soon you will be underway to cook and make your masterpiece - all under the watchful and professional supervision of your own local chef. Once you are done, you will get to dine and enjoy your own finished dishes as well.

Cancellation Policy:

• All cancellation from guest incur additional charges as follows:
• 48 hours before the departure day: 50% charge of the total tour cost.
• After 48 hours before the departure day or no-show: 100% charge of the total tour cost
• Customers cannot receive any types of compensation in the case of annulations is due to a force majeure
