Our guides will drive you through the busy traffics and narrow alleyways around the area of District 1, 3 and 4 to hunt for what will be the menu for you. • Free of charge for cancellation made 06 hours prior to the tour departure time.
• Cancellation made between 06 - 02 hours prior to the tour departure time will incur cancellation charge of 250,000VND/pax.
• Cancellation made between 02 - 01 hour prior to the tour departure time will incur 50% charge.
• Cancellation noticed less than 01 hour, on departure time or no show will incur 100% charge.

• Cancellation made between 24 - 03 hours prior to the tour departure time will incur cancellation charge of 250,000VND/pax.
• Cancellation made between 03 - 01 hour prior to the tour departure time will incur 50% charge.
• Cancellation noticed less than 01 hour, on departure time or no show will incur 100% charge.

• The tour will be a private tour
• You do not need to pay for any meal or entrance fee that is mentioned in the tour itinerary unless stated in the exclusion section
• Vegetarian meal option is available for the tour
• The tour is not recommended for those who have back problems and pregnant women
• Passport details is required on the day of travel to register travel insurance
• Children must be accompanied by and adult

• The supplier will recommend the time and meeting point. If the meeting point of your choice is outside of the normal pick-up points then you will be advised to meet at the nearest pick-up point or you will be given directions on how to arrive to the school independently
• Rain Policies:
• In case of rain, all tours are going as scheduled unless otherwise notified
• Rain ponchos are provided and other measures to mitigate the affect of weather on the tour. Therefore, if it’s rain, the tour goes as scheduled and the client decides to cancel it, he/she will be charged 250,000VND/pax for day tour and 350,000VND/pax for night tour or he/she can choose to alter the tour date and tour programs of equal or less value (apply for the next 7 days).
• We have all rights to cancel the tour in cases of weather that compromise the safety of the guests which include flooding and/or road closure.
• Transfer duration above are estimated and subject to traffic and weather condition, and not inclusive of any sightseeing tours
• Please adhere to strict pick-up time punctuality. Tour operators may forfeit tours for travellers if no-show during stipulated time
• Registered name of the traveller must be corresponding with photograph documentation (Example: Passport). Tour operators reserve the right to reject if registered traveller fails to provide photographed documentation of their own
