Tour Description:

Trudge up to trails of the Hang Nak National Park, also known as the Ngorn Nak Mountain where you will be able to be close to nature and discover the wonders of the region. The national park is located within the Krabi province of Thailand that is a stone’s throw away from the Ao Nang beach. Some of the trails you encounter may be steep but generally the well-worn paths from previous adventurers make it a gradual climb up to the top. The total distance to the top is about three kilometers, which requires about three hours worth of hiking so be prepared for some trials to come along the way as you face the mountain.

Along the way, you may even take a detour along the trails where you will encounter the striking waterfall that flows nonchalantly on the mountain. Wary travellers that are worried about getting lost should not be deterred from traversing through the Hang Nak trail because the paths are well marked with signs to help you during your hike. Along the way, you may even stumble upon plentiful of different kinds of flora and fauna. Keep your eyes peeled for the various wildlife, such as lizards, gibbons and different types of birds that reside in the mountain!

The hike is strenuous one but it is well worth the trip when you conquer and triumph against the mighty mountain! Be rewarded with a stunning view of the vast expanse of the lush green forests and the wide stretch of the sky when you reach the peak of the mountain. Remember to take picturesque shots from the peak on the limestone cliffs, which is about more than 500 meters above the sea level, where you will have the perfect panorama of the deep viridescent trees that stretches across the land. After an exhausting hike, you will leave feeling a sense of victory at achieving such as a challenging feat and plenty of pictures that will last for a lifetime.

• It is advised to bring along trekking shoes, sunscreen, swimsuit, towel, cap and camera.
• Trekking hours are about three (3) to four (4) hours
• It is a 3.7 km walk up to the summit of Ngorn Nak
• All of the routes are subjected to the change in local and weather conditions
