Tour Description:

Located 1,500 metres above sea level in the highlands of southern Central Vietnam is a beautiful city named Dalat. Due to the influence of French during the colonial era, many buildings in Dalat have the architectural design similar to the French. This is why some people call Dalat as ‘Little Paris’ and it even has a replica of Eiffel Tower too. Dalat’s high geographic location means that its climate is cool all year round which makes it a perfect getaway location from the summer heat. Dalat is a famous tourist destination for both locals and foreigners as it offers a lot of tourist experiences for those who visit here.

This tour will be bringing you to explore the beauty of jungle and lakes in this highland section of Vietnam. Get excited to be treated stunning views of mountains, lakes and forests in this peaceful city. The tour starts by picking you up and then transfer south of the city for 15 minutes to reach the trailhead. Once everyone is ready, we will set out for this exciting adventure. We will climb up from an elevation of 1,500 metres to around 1,700 metres as we trek through the lush green forest. We will then reach the ridgeline as we follow the steep trails that are pine forested both sides. At the end of this steep uphill climb, you will be treated with a breathtaking view of the town and its surrounding area which includes the majestic Lang Biang Mountain.

We continue our hiking journey for another 8.5 kilometres along a jungle fringed ridgeline. This amazing and peaceful trail brings us over rolling hills that ends at the lake where our kayaks are located. We will then take a short break and have our picnic lunch by the lake. You will be served with the local fresh produce of vegetable and fruits that are prepared by our guide. After everyone is done with lunch, we continue to explore the wonderful nature. Go on to the far end of the lake and we will discover many inlets and secret spots. This particular area is also known to be one of the best places for birdwatching in Vietnam. We then go to the boats and slowly raft from there to enjoy the tranquillity on the calm lake. The views of lush pine forests by the lake will definitely leave you in awe. If you are up for it, you can also swim in the lake too!

Cancellation Policy:

• Trips that are cancelled within 24 hours of the start time of the trip will be charged out at 50%
• Trips that are cancelled more than 24 hours before the start of the trip will not be charged
• Exceptions may be made in case of extreme weather conditions on day trips only.
• Any deposits that are required in advance of a trip are for hotel or other travel services that may or may not be refundable, depending on the trip and time of cancellation.
