Tour Description:

Ho Chi Minh is home to an array of interesting historical and cultural sites. The Cu Chi Tunnel is famed for its importance in ensuring victory for Vietnam during the French colonial war and the Vietnam War. Today though, this tunnel is more of a tourist attraction where visitors can learn more about the hidden history and function of the tunnel as a living space as well. Aside from that, Ho Chi Minh City itself also has its own religious group called Caodaism which combines elements and beliefs from Buddhism, Taoism, Confucianism and Christianity. You will also get to learn more about this religious group as you go around Ho Chi Minh City and around the city complexes. 

First, you will go and visit the famous Cu Chi Tunnels. This legendary and historical tunnel stretches around 250 km from Saigon all the Vietnamese-Cambodian border. Aside from being a labyrinth, it also has its own hospitals, rooms, kitchen, storage area, and a functioning underground working room. Structured with clay mixed in laterite, the sticky nature of the combination ensures that the walls of the tunnel do not crumble, making it durable and stable. If you are feeling adventurous, you can also try crawling into the tunnel while you experience the feeling of living underground like a resistance fighter. Together with the tunnel, you will also get to learn more about the hidden traps and pitfalls around the tunnel which are specially made for intruders.

After the Cu Chi Tunnel, you will head over to Tay Ninh Province, a southern province located near the Vietnamese-Cambodian border. Home to the beautiful “Holy See” Temple built by Cao Dai sect, the temple houses the tout believer of Caodaism who practice a unique hybrid of Buddhism, Taoism, Confucianism and Christianity. Interestingly, some of its patron saints include Sun Yat-Sen, Victor Hugo and Nguyen Binh Khiem. This temple also offers a range of photo opportunities that you can capitalize on while you slowly make your way around.

• 48 hours before the departure day: 50% charge of the total tour cost.
• After 48 hours before the departure day or no-show: 100% charge of the total tour cost
• Customers cannot receive any types of compensation in the case of annulations is due to a force majeure
