Tour Description:

Cat Ba Island is part of the 367 islands making up the Cat Ba Archipelago, spanning a whopping 285 km2 area and the largest of them all. Interestingly, almost 50% of its entire area is covered by the Cat Ba National Park, a testament to the preservation effort the local government and people have undertaken. There are up to 13,000 people living in the island with approximately 6 different community groups and they are all welcoming toward visitors. While you are there, you will get to see the majestic wonders of nature found around the nation and learn more about the beauty of the area as you go around the surrounding village and island along the way.

Day 1 - Ha Long Bay / Cat Ba Island (Lunch & Dinner)

Your hotel pickup will bring you to Tuan Chau Dock, a seaside port known for being a popular stop for cruises and ferries. Upon your arrival, you will then take a ferry to cat Ba Island where a car will be waiting at Gia Luan Ferry to continue your journey. Along the way to the island, enjoy the fresh wind of the ocean and the rise and fall of the waves as you slowly make your way to the Gia Luan port. Your arrival car will take you straight to Cat Ba National Park where you will get to stop by the Hospital Cave which was formerly used as a medical stop by the resistance during the Vietnam War. In fact, the cave used to have full medical supplies and dedicated members of the resistance who would patch the wounded soldiers in preparation of the next fight. Then, you will hike up 210 m to Ngu Lam Peak after a 2 km walk where you will be greeted by a bird’s eye view of the surrounding island and its dense forests. Here will be the perfect time to take your commemorative photos before continuing your journey to Ben Beo. At Ben Beo, take a boat trip to Lan Ha Bay and enjoy a delicious serving of lunch onboard. Then, you will visit Monkey Island and a nearby fishing village where you will have the chance to do some kayaking or snorkelling. With that done, you will head back to Ben Beo, check into your hotel and unwind until dinner time. 

Day 2 - Cat Ba / Ha Long Bay (Breakfast & Lunch)

After breakfast at your hotel, you will have the time to spend at your own leisure time. Take this chance to explore the surrounding of the hotel and take your pictures as well because you will have all the time you need until lunch. After lunch, you will check out of your hotel and board a car which will transfer you to Gia Luan Pier. From Gia Luan, you will take a ferry and transfer back to Tuan Chau Dock and conclude your tour back at your hotel.

Cancellation Policy:

• All cancellation from guest incur additional charges as follows:
• 48 hours before the departure day: 50% charge of the total tour cost.
• After 48 hours before the departure day or no-show: 100% charge of the total tour cost
• Customers cannot receive any types of compensation in the case of annulations is due to a force majeure
