Tour Description:

Adventure lies in the unexpected, the unexplored and the untamed beauty of nature or discovering bold, resplendent and effervescent cities and people across the world. The Bornean rainforest is just that – unpretentious, alive and vivid. This time, let us delve into the exotic rainforest to experience a wild and thrilling ride on off-road trails that would bring you across a variety of rugged terrain including untouched tropical forest, natural bamboo gardens, winding ravines and challenging rooty slopes.

We will also brave the streams and river crossings by riding across suspended bridges or hefting your bike over bamboo or log bridges to truly experience the untamed outdoors. As you venture deeper, let your senses come to life and guide you as you listen to the call of tropical birds, eye the bustling insects and observe small jungle animals fighting to stay alive on a day-to-day basis. Some are harder to spot as they are camouflaged to keep out of sight. There are also a great variety of wild exotic plants such as the wild ginger, tropical fruits and oddly shaped pitcher plants, adorning the canopies and forest floors. Stop for a breather and dip in a cool river, gently snaking its way through the forest before we head to old town for lunch.
